Corrections and product updates

How to report factual errors, broken sources and product mismatches, and how material corrections are handled.

Report an issue

We welcome evidence-backed reports of factual errors, broken source links and mismatched product details. Include the page URL, the exact statement and a reliable supporting source so the issue can be assessed in context.

Material corrections and product changes

Material corrections should identify what changed and why. A changed product formulation may require updating its dossier, comparison entries and article placements together. A new source must not silently replace evidence about a different population or formulation.

Unresolved claims

Research summaries, product identity checks and reader reports do not constitute independent scientific approval. If an issue cannot be resolved, the relevant claim or purchasing recommendation should remain held.
