There are two OLIPOP Lemon Lime formulas

At the September 2026 source check, the 9 g fiber formula lists 40 calories and 4 g total sugar per can, including 1 g added sugar. The separate 6 g formula lists 35 calories and 3 g total sugar, including 1 g added sugar. Those are distinct products, so a single brand-wide nutrition number is misleading. [1][2]

Use the current Poppi panel

The inspected Poppi Lemon Lime page lists 35 calories, 3 g fiber and 5 g total sugar per can, including 4 g added sugar. Its ingredient list includes cassava root fiber and agave inulin. These numbers apply to that flavor and formulation; check the can when shopping. [3]

More fiber is not automatically better tolerated

Fiber can contribute to dietary intake, but a larger serving may be less comfortable for someone prone to gas. NIDDK advises gradual fiber increases in IBS management. A drink is one part of the overall diet, and the highest fiber number is not automatically the best personal choice. [4]

Prebiotic does not mean live probiotic

Prebiotics are substrates used by intestinal microorganisms; probiotics are live microorganisms with a demonstrated benefit in adequate amounts. A prebiotic soda label therefore does not establish that the drink supplies a clinically studied probiotic or treats a digestive disorder. [5]

Decide what better means

Imagine the goal is a lower-added-sugar soda: the inspected OLIPOP panels list less than the inspected Poppi panel. If the goal is a smaller fiber serving, Poppi provides that. Neither comparison proves superior symptom relief, and the 9 g and 6 g OLIPOP versions also have different storage instructions. [3][1][2]
