Use the current product instructions

The inspected DS-01 help page specifies two capsules at once each day. Its separate food FAQ allows taking them on an empty stomach or around a meal according to comfort. Older manufacturer pages describe a different starting schedule, so resolve any conflict using the current label or manufacturer support. [1][2]

Timing instructions do not prove every benefit

Meal flexibility is a product-use instruction. It does not establish that DS-01 treats every digestive symptom or that all probiotics use the same schedule. Probiotic evidence depends on the organisms, formulation, population and reason for use. [3]

Use tolerance as information, not proof of success

Imagine the capsules are uncomfortable before breakfast. The current directions allow a meal-associated time; persistent or worsening symptoms still deserve review. Do not treat substantial pain or continuing diarrhea as evidence that the product is successfully resetting the gut. [2][4]
