The prebiotic is not simply a fiber powder

The manufacturer’s ingredient explanation identifies 24 bacterial strains and punicalagins from Indian pomegranate as a non-fiber polyphenol prebiotic. This is distinct from adding grams of inulin or another fiber. The word prebiotic alone does not tell you the ingredient or amount. [1]

The nested capsules have different contents

Seed describes an outer capsule containing the prebiotic and an inner capsule housing the bacteria. It lists hypromellose, chlorophyllin and water among capsule components, plus organic rice fiber and rice extract blend used in manufacturing. This description establishes composition; it does not independently test delivery or survival. [1]

Twenty-four strains is not twenty-four proven benefits

Imagine comparing DS-01 with a single-strain product for one symptom. A larger strain count alone cannot settle the choice. ODS explains that probiotic effects depend on the strain and intended use. Match finished-formula evidence and measured quantities rather than counting ingredient names. [2]

Hypothetical example — separate formula facts from the intended use
DetailWhat to check
24 strainsA diversity count, not a CFU quantity
PunicalaginsNamed polyphenol component
Nested capsuleA formulation feature, not automatic efficacy
