Read the current Medium Roast formula

RYZE lists instant Arabica coffee, cordyceps, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, turkey tail and lion’s mane. Its current prebiotic blend includes acacia, inulin and tapioca fibers. Older descriptions featuring coconut ingredients or MCT oil should not be assumed to describe this version. [1]

Separate plausible ingredient roles from proven outcomes

Coffee contributes caffeine, so sensitivity, other caffeine sources and timing matter. The ingredient FAQ does not establish individual mushroom doses or demonstrate that this finished blend improves immunity, weight loss or cognition. A study of a different mushroom preparation would not automatically answer those questions. [1][2]

Use the label to evaluate a practical choice

Imagine replacing ordinary coffee with this drink for digestive comfort. Added inulin or other fermentable ingredients may matter to someone with IBS; the word prebiotic does not guarantee personal tolerance. Check the current caffeine amount and serving instructions rather than assuming a mushroom drink is caffeine-free or therapeutically effective. [3][2]
